OVERVIEW
This website is operated by Eyefi Studios. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Eyefi Studios. By accessing or purchasing from our store, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service.

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products to you.

SECTION 1 – ACCESS AND ACCOUNT
You represent that you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

SECTION 2 – OUR PRODUCTS
Eyefi Studios specializes in curated designer eyewear. The majority of items are offered as deadstock (new old stock) unless otherwise stated. Deadstock items are unworn and unused but may show minor signs of age consistent with storage.

In limited cases, certain items may be pre-owned. When applicable, this will be clearly noted in the product description.

We make every effort to accurately describe and photograph each item’s condition. Minor surface marks, light storage wear, or subtle imperfections may be present. Product images form part of the item description. Color may vary slightly depending on screen settings.

Due to the one-of-one nature of our inventory, all items are subject to availability. Adding an item to your cart does not reserve it. An item is secured only once checkout is completed and payment is confirmed.

Eyefi Studios is an independent reseller and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any brands referenced on this site. All trademarks and brand names are the property of their respective owners.

Unless otherwise stated, lenses are intended for fashion use and may not meet current prescription or specialized optical standards. Customers are responsible for replacing lenses if prescription correction or updated UV protection is desired.

All sales are final. Due to the limited and one-of-one nature of our inventory, Eyefi Studios does not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed, except as expressly stated in our Return & Refund Policy.

SECTION 3 – ORDERS
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Eyefi Studios reserves the right to accept or decline any order at its discretion. We may cancel orders suspected of fraud or unauthorized activity.

SECTION 4 – PRICES AND BILLING
Prices are subject to change without notice. Posted prices do not include applicable taxes, shipping, or customs duties unless stated otherwise. You agree to provide accurate billing information and authorize us to charge your selected payment method.

SECTION 5 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Once products are transferred to the carrier, title and risk of loss pass to you. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or events outside our control.

SECTION 6 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on this site, including images, branding, graphics, and text, is the property of Eyefi Studios and is protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

SECTION 7 – THIRD-PARTY LINKS
We are not responsible for third-party websites or services linked from our site.

SECTION 8 – DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
All products and services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim all implied warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.

SECTION 9 – LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Eyefi Studios shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or services.

SECTION 10 – INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Eyefi Studios and its affiliates from any claims arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Services.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States.

SECTION 12 – CHANGES TO TERMS
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of changes.
