SHIPPING POLICY

Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the following business day.

Domestic Shipping (United States)
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and selected delivery speed. Orders over $350 USD qualify for free standard shipping within North America.

All shipments include tracking information once dispatched.

International Shipping
International shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their destination country.

Delivery Estimates
Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Eyefi Studios is not responsible for carrier delays, customs processing delays, or events outside of our control.

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact hi@eyefistudios.com within 48 hours of delivery and include your order number along with clear photos of the item and packaging.

If your package appears lost, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will assist in filing a claim with the carrier when applicable.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

All sales are final.

Due to the limited and one-of-one nature of our inventory, Eyefi Studios does not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

Please review all product photos, descriptions, and measurements carefully before purchasing. If you have any questions about an item's condition, fit, or details, we encourage you to contact us prior to checkout.

In the rare event that an item arrives significantly damaged in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and product so we can assist in filing a carrier claim.

Eyefi Studios reserves the right to refuse service, cancel orders suspected of fraud, or issue refunds at our sole discretion in exceptional circumstances.
