Shipping policy
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days unless otherwise stated. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Domestic Shipping (United States)
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and selected delivery speed. Orders over $300 USD qualify for free standard shipping within North America.
All shipments include tracking information once dispatched.
International Shipping
International shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their destination country.
Delivery Estimates
Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Eyefi Studios is not responsible for carrier delays, customs processing delays, or events outside of our control.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact hi@eyefistudios.com within 48 hours of delivery and include your order number along with clear photos of the item and packaging.
If your package appears lost, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will assist in filing a claim with the carrier when applicable.
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, risk of loss passes to the customer.
